Rtris - 1.0

Windows support is only guaranteed in full releases. Ubuntu support is guaranteed in full and prereleases. Active development is guaranteed until v1.3. Bug fixes will always get accepted and always get added to the next milestone. Feature requests generally get accepted, but may get added to milestones further than 1.3.
