Description

A version of snake in pygame, has support for highscores. I also added enemies into it. Use the arrow keys to move, collect the green squares, avoid the red ones.

Your Gameidea is quite nice, because its ease to scale an challanging for the player. But the necessary CPU-Performance for this game is exorbitant. I admit, I use a quite old Laptop with 2,13 GHZ Prozessor and 1GB ram. But 95% CPU usage for such a game is quite much from my point of view. I am new to pygame. Is this typical for python/pygame-based games?

The snake is a little too thin, makes it a bit difficult to play/guide. A little "thicker" snake would improve playability :). Or you could have it get thicker progressively up to a certain limit.
