Description

forgot the pw to the forum :/ this project has been put on hold and i will redo it from scratch. this is to implement (besides much more overall planning from the start and the experience i gained in the process of making the previous 2 verswions) a full class structure for all objects and a much more powerfull server-client communication. this will be very much needed for the next version of this game that will be based on a huge war between npcs themselves.

the "swing sword" key is the mouse button, just hold it down ;) -------------------------------------------------------- Public Test Version 0.4 is available on the forum.

My opinions- Your game looks great. But, i have played way too many mmorpgs that have the "click on enemy to attack".. those get kindof boring after 30min. To make it less click-fast, i would have a "swing sword" or "punch" key, like space for example or when you shoot a bow, you actually have to aim, not just click on the enemy and watch your person shoot arrows aimlessly at the target. Those are just some my suggestions :P

i uploaded another version with some monsters and fighting - no damage calculation yet and some animations still not finished. with fonts for unix users in this version. my brother does all the nice graphics (the ugly placeholders are mine ;) with photoshop and softimage xsi.

gfx is made by his brother with photoshop, and btw if u really want to test this u should join #Hurricane-Online @freenode.org so steelo can send u a link to the latest client.
