Game Wizard [Side Project] - 0.0.5

Jordan Trudgett (tgfcoder)

Game Wizard is an open-source pygame game-maker! It will allow you to make stand-alone python/pygame games by writing the code for you. All you have to do is design the game...
This is a side project to Ardentryst, and that will take precendence. I have however put a good 8 hours into the GUI scripting, and there's a lot of promise in the structural aspect of the project.
All the windows spawn from the same class, window, and the widgets in each are defined from within the program.
All windows can be moved, only one can have focus.

Curious. If the application cannot be accessed, apart from the promotion of the package, why place it on the pygame website? At least a short video demo of the application would be good. The link to your home page directs me back to the pygame website.

Nope, sorry. I haven't touched this since this release-- I won't be working on this for at least the next 6 weeks.

Not yet. There really isn't any point, because it's so early-- there's basically nothing to do. It's a bare-bones GUI engine with some wrapping for the program you see above. Plus, I can't really release it- there's stuff in there that might not be for distribution :S (Wizard pic..? lol)

I'm afraid I don't understand completely. How am I going to create the entry?
The design will be basically based of The Games Factory, with a sequence/overview screen, a level/slide designer, and a programming/event screen for gameplay. I created this with python and pygame. If you're talking about entry boxes, they're just little widgets I wrote up.

nice work, but i have a doubt. How you going create the entry? Or better how did you create this?
