Super Network Chess

My first project in pygame. Its a simple chess game. Not quite finished but wanted to see what you guys think of it so far. Please provide constructive criticism. To do: Add network multiplayer support. Add single player AI. Add Menu/UI. Add save/load functionality. Lots more i cant think of right now. Let me know what you think. Thanks.
