Description

"around every corner" is an experimental game about navigating a maze with unknown horrors just out of sight.
The white area is the where you are safe to go. It is where you can see, and places you remember.
Your confidence quickly fades, however.
Where you can't see doesn't stay safe for long.
Various obstacles obscure your vision and block your path, but all you can see of them is their absence from your field of view.
Apply metaphor to taste.

Thanks, David. Being able to turn around isn't a glitch, it's a change to make play a bit easier. That's why the "score" doesn't always count up anymore, instead it's just counting how far right you get. It could allow more complicated levels, too. Hopefully it doesn't make it too easy, but the main complaint I got was that it was too hard before :)

Nice idea, and it's definitely a lot better now that the darkness moves in more slowly. However, I found a slight glitch: if I feel the pressure's becoming too great, I can simply turn around and go in the opposite direction for a short while to make most of the darkness disappear :P But apart from that it's looking pretty good so far.

Interesting idea, but the darkness encloses too fast.
