Simple Pygame Particle Engine (SPPE) is a particle engine written in Python with Pygame. The main purposes of the engine are to be simple, concise and lite. Actually, this engine was thinked to be a good choice for 2D indie game making. If you're on the way to create the best game of the year, this is obviously not the particle engine you would like to use. But if you like to write little 2D games with python and pygame, this engine could be really useful for implementing basic particle effects.
