Description
This simulation of the "dining philosophers problem"(en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dining_philosophers_problem) was made by pupils from the eight form of the "Bernoulligymnasium" in Vienna.
As it is our first "bigger" project we don't want you to expect everything to be perfect.

Very interesting. I hadn't heard of this problem before, but it makes sense, and this app lets you see how many different ways you can interact with it. I managed to get them eating for a very long time, but still eventually they deadlocked. Stupid philosophers! |
