    how to download ?

    Smileymensch 2012-11-06 20:57

    Uhm... click on "Download"?

    josmiley 2012-11-06 23:04

and where is the button "download"?
Perhaps you have a direct link?

    Smileymensch 2012-11-14 18:28

    Oh, I'm sorry...
Does it work with the new link?

    Mekire 2012-11-08 10:37

I concur with Jo. I can't for the life of me find a download-all button, or a zip containing all necessary files. I really don't think anyone is going to download your program one file at a time (unless it is, let's say, one file total).

Yes, the download works now for me. The game itself crashes on game-over however, and it seems you are mixing tabs and spaces in your code which is generally bad practice (although very easily fixed with most/any IDE). As for the game-play itself; well honestly it feels a bit clunky to me. The speeding up and slowing down when traveling to the sides comes off as a bit odd to me (I understand the intention behind it). Also it is purely a matter of taste, but I think the game would play better flipped; with the player at the bottom traveling up, rather than at the top traveling down.

Anyway, good work, and keep it up,

I am a newbee, but how to run the code to play your game?

  • Jeroen Broks 2013-08-16 15:28

Not a bad concept, but all I got was mines and no ore, perhaps bringing this into a more proper balance would do the game good. And maybe more than one life would do the game good as well.

Furthermore, I only got the game in German. I take it that is your native language and I do speak it (nur ein sehr klein bißchen), but the majority of the people worldwide probably don't so maybe making it possible to run the game in English as well is a good idea.

I totally agree on Mekire on his entire comment, so I recommend you to read it well ;)
(And oh yeah, the music is cool) :)
