Isomyr

A Python Isometric Game Engine

Duncan McGreggor
(oubiwann)
A fork of the Isotope isometric library for pygame, Isomyr is a game engine for Python programmers and gamers who love the classic isometric gameplay, look, and feel.

In addition to the basic functionality inherited from its Isotope roots, Isomyr provides the following:

* Interactive-fiction-like textual support
* In-game time, date, and calendar abstractions
* A game object event system
* Numpy-based vector math
* Universe and multi-world abstractions
* Improved API

    Is this project still supported, or has it been abandoned?

     I'd say so.  Hasn't had updates since 2009.  Best to contact the author directly though, since I doubt they'd be checking back on this page to see your comment.
