webcam IR mouse control - 1.0

This uses an IR LED to move the mouse. The idea came from Johnny Lee.

To work you will need to place a filter over the lens of the webcam. The filter is nothing more than the black ends of film negatives. I used three layers of the negatives. http://www.daniweb.com/forums/post931609.html#post931609
