python: PULSAR

Third place in pyweek May 2012 (http://www.pyweek.org/) group category. Our game based around the 'Mad Science' theme and our favorite mad scientist 'Nikola Tesla'. Enjoy.

Pretty good, but why do you define resource loading functions in FOUR different files? You could just have resources.py and import * from it. Also, to get the game to work I had to change "music_end" to "music_endgame".
