Ive added fullscreen toggle functions to the display module and have added mouse functionality to the input module. Ive also made a new module containing some pyGTK Dialogs like the InputBox, ErrorBox and MessageDialog. I have customised them for use with them Game Engine, All will come out in Version 0.3

@Florian
thanks, I have looked up fabula and dragndrop. DragnDrop seems nice, It can be used with the game engine with some slight ammendments. i hope its LGPL licensed.

You might want to have a look at clickndrag (http://www.pygame.org/project-clickndrag-1743-3135.html) which incorporates pure-Pygame GUI elements in a sprite framework, and at Fabula (http://pygame.org/project-fabula-1746-3136.html), a comprehensive game engine built on top of clickndrag. Both are still alpha, though.

I guess youre right. I have recently been trying to merge pygame's screen into a gtk drawable widget , offering GUI functions along with pygame's functions. But I havent succeeded yet. Ill try to add more stuff to the engine, but since i am the only person working on it. It will require time. If anyone wants to commit himself to the engine and share some code your welcome!

At the moment it offers very little on top of what pygame already offers. Pygame is a library that wraps SDL, and Prodigy Game Engine is a library that wraps some parts of pygame... More or less. I'm not saying it can't be good, only that I'd focus on developing things in the engine that pygame doesn't already do in a very similar fashion.
