Description

At the request of a friend I have at NASA, I modified Gravity to show what happens to the inner planets when the sun explodes! Press F1 to do so. You'll have to do it quickly--to get all of the planets on screen, keep them visible, and prevent the planets from taking years to go around the sun, the laws of physics had to be altered. The orbits are very unstable.

Changes

Just added a tracing system on the planets only. The planets leave tracks. You can easily see the instability of the orbits; they decay constantly.

Way cool dude! It's really amazing. I can't imagine all the maths involved in this simulation... The sun explode slowly but maybe is this old machine. Really interesting. Way to go. Btw, Solaris is UNIX, not GNU/Linux and isn't free. OpenSolaris is the open source part of Solaris and is free :D

This is AWESOME!!! The exploding sun is kinda slow, but I guess that's normal when you got several hundred particles and lots of math calculations going at the same time. Nice work! You rock at math!
