Description

Just a colorful asteroids clone. OpenGL rendering is possible thanks to Rabbyt sprite library

pyglet,rabbyt,gameobjects included.

Changes

Version 0.3
- Sounds (shoot and explode)
- Transition from pygame to pyglet, as Rabbyt it better integrate with it.
- Some motion blur
- pyglet, gameobjects and rabbyt is included, thus making source code heavier (7MB)

Finally, got it working. All I see different is 1) Sounds 2) A trail behind the ship When I said explosions I meant visual explosions, not sound explosions. Looks good though.

OK, fixed that. The rabbyt module you included will only work on Windows. So now, it can't find the data files... Downloading the Windows release to get them. grrr

Sigh... I'm on Ubuntu and the windows binary wouldn't work under wine. I suggest you release your source code if you want very many people to play your game.

ok, Now I use Pyglet instead of Pygame. Spaceship speed is also decreased and has more friction And added sounds, and motion blur.

Nice, but it could use some explosions, and the ship moves a bit too fast.
