'Eskimo-run' Tutorial Game - 0.1

This program is both a tutorial and a game. The tutorial will explain how to make sprites, and use sounds and music, graphics and animation, get input from the keyboard, create menus, and use fonts/messages. It will also show you how to detect collisions and have them trigger actions. The game part of the program features moving backgrounds, several different units, grapics and animation music and sound effects, hitpoint,energy,timer bars(for showing how far you've gone), pygame rectangles(in a couple of ways), a trail that follows the player, and a polar bear who follows you but has to dodge obstacles. If anyone who isn't a beginner would like to look through the code and tell me anything that can be done better or should be added or if I made a complete fool of myself ;) , I'd be very grateful.
